Returns
- You may return any item within 7 days of purchase, providing the goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging intact for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
- To return an item please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

- Please note. For your protection Genesis recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
- If you require an exchange our Customer Service Department will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details.
- Alternatively, phone our order hotline 0161 947 2443 and we will be happy to take your replacement order.
- If the item is defective please contact Customer Services on 0161 947 2443
- For your own protection we recommend you return the defective item(s) including the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
- All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
- We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
